- 13Chazzz13 Review added: 2017.12.26★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I visited the MyDentist Poole practice today after being referred by 111 because of a painful tooth. When arriving at the practice the receptionist was currently dealing with another paitent. I found her mannerisms and attitude disguisting , when it was my turn she couldn't of been anymore rude if she tried. She asked me to provide a document which I do not physically have. I gave her a different document which would of sufficed. She turned her nose up me and threw a form over the counter at me to fill out. She gave me the wrong information as to where I was meant to go and when I went to sit down where she'd already told me to, she barked at me and told me to go upstairs. It's such a shame because the dentist I saw was absolutely amazing as I'm a very nervous patient and haven't been to the dentist in many years. But she most definitely lets down your practice! As the face that people see as the first port of call, her attitude was abismal. she should be polite and well mannered completely different experience to what I had at the same dentist in Winton. Where I will be attending for further treatment.
