- Rich Butler Review added: 2018.04.09★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Shockingly appaulling attitude towards customers is probably the best way to describe Dan the assistant manager. I went in on Saturday to find him and one his collegues stood near to the door. When I asked for help on what I was looking for he rudely told me I had the worng shop for one item then dirrected his young collegue to show me the other. Upon coming back to pay for the item I had selected. He served me he near enough threw my change at me and was very unhelpful in genral. My advice is Maplins if your staff dont want to talk to customers or work saturdays or what ever elese his problem was. Then maybe he should be given the oppertunity to step down and let someone who does want to be the face and role model of your company. I wont be going back thats for sure and you only got 1 star as you cant select none!
