When I phoned to enquire about a job due on that day the conversation was engineered by the owner of Dorset Plumbing so that he could work himself into an aggressive and verbally insulting rage. Basically an ordered part was the wrong one and I guess that the job wasn’t worth his time to fix as he refused to continue the job ( telling me that I was being abusive - I wasn’t!) and cutting me off. Looking at other reviews it seems that as long as there aren’t problems all is well ( I’ve had a boiler install and service with them with no issues) but If things go wrong, then pray you don’t get this abuse hurled at you.
