The rudest, most obnoxious and the most stuck up shop owner I've ever encountered!
I am no tramp, I'm an Airline Captain for a major uk airline,yet because I asked for some slightly cheaper fabric to consider, she suggested toilet paper! She said being in my company reminded her of toilet paper!!
When I reacted stunned she laughed.
I have since been told by other shop owners in the area that she is renowned for her rudeness.
She does not deserve to be in business.
I still can't quite believe the exchange!!
